The rest of me, I can only use Dove body wash because it has no soap in it and I use the one for very dry skin, it has the purple sticker. I also pour some of the head and shoulders onto my shower puff and wash with all of that. Then I use a topical steriod ed "Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream Usp, " (i used to use a topical prednisone but while it helped with the itching I swear it made my skin swell up a little my dr. said I was imagining it but whatever I swtiched to the new one and it is fine). I have to use the seteroid right out of the shower because it is very thick. After the steroid has soaked in I cover myself in a RX lotion ed "Laclotion 25%" or "Lacohydrin 25%" which smells sorta funny so after the steroid and the other lotion has soaked in I use Gold bond extra strength body lotion which smells minty not gross. I also take two 10mg (I think it is 10mg) zyrtec a day to help with it. Ok so I know that is a lot but I swear to you if I stop any one of those things for a few days my skin freaks out! And I don't want to change to a crazy diet or take a whole bunch of pills so I deal with it.. I am sure this is FULL of typos and spelling errors SO SORRY
