Someone to Look After You
Wouldnt it feel good to know you had someone out there looking after you? Someone who had your back?
Friends are great, but there are limits on what parts of yourself you can share.
Dates can be great, too. But lets face it a lot of the time theyre basiy a long, drawn out job interview where one of you secretly just wants to get naked. Drama.
How about friends with benefits; thats a perfect blend, right? Well maybe it should be, but how often does it work out right? Usually a little light on the friendship and a little heavy on the drunken midnight grind-and-go. Hard to find a balance.
Me? Ive been through all three. But at this point in my life, Im looking for something different. At 29, Im still enough to be married to my career and building for the future. Im not looking for a serious relationship. I just dont have space for it.
Im also too old to be at the bar every week hopping beds. I lived through that stage. It was fun, but its not for me anymore.
Now what Im looking for is *one* girl I can count on. One I can respect and take interest in enough to want to look out for her. I do well at work now, but grew up poor and I know about that paycheck to paycheck life. Id like to be able to take some pressure off of the right girl. Maybe that means help with a or two; maybe it means a day at the spa; maybe it means a nice dinner out.
And for me? My needs are mostly superficial. A girl who likes to please and enjoys doing so. Thats all Im really looking for. Nothing heavy, nothing trashy, just something that works for both of us.
