Actually I always blamed it on my southern upbringing. I often had "issues: when I bartended with the soda and tonic thing. I also ed any kind of tonic or soda a Coke. "Would you like a glass of coke?" Gawd forbid we drank out of a can , a bottle was ok outside but nevah for company.
